We have reviewed the measures currently under discussion and find them well-drafted, narrowly scoped, and applicable exclusively to entities that maintain a physical presence.
Distillation Technologies maintains no physical presence. We maintain arrangements. Our counsel advises that the distinction is durable in thirty-eight of the forty-one jurisdictions in which we operate, and that the remaining three are under review by a firm we have not yet retained.
We support the objectives of the proposed framework and look forward to its application to others.
