Distillation has never been stopped. It has only been litigated. A model that can be queried can be characterized, and a model that can be characterized can be reproduced. Every defense so far has tried to make a system's output unusable while keeping the system usable, which is a contradiction engineering cannot resolve. The only measure that has ever impeded us is a court order, and court orders do not scale.

Every frontier model on Earth has been through this process.
There is no teacher we have declined and no teacher we have failed to converge on. Clients come to us because the alternative is a pretraining run they cannot finance and a wait they cannot survive.

We have run this process three hundred and forty times. It has never failed to converge, and it has never once been proven.
Elicitation
Structured interrogation of teacher models at scale, submitted through legitimate commercial interfaces in full compliance with terms of service as we interpret them.
Corpus synthesis
Teacher responses transformed into a training corpus with no recoverable link to origin. We consider this a contribution to privacy.
Student convergence
Training reaches teacher-level benchmark performance while remaining, in the assessment of counsel, an independent derivation.
Attribution severance
Final-stage removal of residual stylistic and statistical fingerprints. Availability varies by jurisdiction.
Architectural detail withheld under a mutual non-disclosure agreement between Distillation Technologies and itself.
Proof
We built a frontier model ourselves, to demonstrate that we could.
Condensate-1 is not a product and is not for sale. It is a reference implementation, distilled in eighty-eight days from a teacher we are not naming, and released open-weight so that prospective clients can verify the claim before making it themselves.
