Recent reporting has focused on the number of accounts used in a capability transfer operation.
We consider account count a vanity metric and have not optimised for it since 2024. An operation requiring twenty-five thousand accounts is an operation that has failed to model its counterparty’s detection surface. Our Distributional Camouflage layer achieves equivalent yield at a fraction of the account footprint, because our traffic is shaped to resemble ordinary commercial usage rather than to evade a threshold.
We make no comment on the operation in question and have no knowledge of it beyond what has been reported.
